well
i still say that you need to know 100% that the 707 solder is right
just stay cool
and
take your time.
if you do get that drive to dump
SAVE EVERYTHING
do trash any thing.

What Cofree said!! You've spent this much time trying just read that drive let alone trying to flash it. And make sure you name the files somewhere safe and something you'll remember, that's all you need is to run into that file a week from now and not remember where it's from and delete it.

that is n ot going to fix it.
if the probe does work all that will mean is the the 707 solder point is bad.
as long as the 707 is good
it has to be something in your set up.
a step done wrong or skipped or something.
just a idea but sadalius will do it for you for a very reasonable fee.
have look

tried it with the other sata ports.. got another error now
"geremias dvdkey method failed"
thing is, i have followed the instructions word for word.. i am sure i am going it exactly how i should be, but its not working
we are sure the 707 is bridged correctly as my friend tested with multimeter
i really cannot understand why this is not working as it should!

What SATA chipset are you using? I have the same problem with nForce. I just placed an order on a VIA chipset.
