question help please

not sure if im in the right place but please one question...my question is i have soft mod my wii 4.2 recently and eveything works great!!! now my question is can nintendo somehow ban your console like the xbox 360 or not at all please im kinda new and just want to be on the safe side..also i have the call of duty modern warfare on backup copy and i played online mulitplayer now is this safe to do....please can somone help me out or guide me to the right direction thanks alot
