Anyone got any good ideas to lower cell phone plans and hustle providers with google voice (just got my number)?

Who is your carrier? I have Sprint and heard about this pick 5 thing they got. I can call any five numbers for free. Called them up and they gave it to me.

yeah i have sprint as well but im really trying to figure out a way to eliminate as many bills as possible, now with a google number you can have free phone service any where you have internet only problem at home im good anywhere else no go. just wondering if anyone else had any thoughts.

Well what I do sometimes, is call that number with my cell (cause its free with the pick 5) and I don't use minutes. Lower your total minutes to say 300 should help.

What rkd2398 said is as good a plan as I've ever been able to fanagle with Google Voice, interestingly GV Mobile 2.0 should be released into Cydia in a little while. Supposed to be much better than the current GV app for the phone.

Gator, you can buy a WIFI phone, I remember I was amazed with the phone back when I first heard about it. There are probably wifi phones that will work nicely with google voice, but if you dont live in a highly populated area, it'll probably be hard to find unsecured wifi networks.

You can request one there, but if you know someone with invites thats the best
