jungle not finding drive

Hi I've got a via sata card and xecuter lite and have flashed before on it, but now it's not finding my drive on the same port as always.I've used it last night and all was fine.Can it be the drive? as had bad flash on it last night,but managed to flash ofw back on it o.k, or so it said have not tried it yet as was going to have another go before I put it back together. Thanks in advance-Jay
