hi guys iv been trying to reflash a liteon 7s from 1.51 to 1.61 i have a good key read using jf1.67 and have made the lite-cfw and put that into the dos folder on usb using using iprep 11.6beta -

i know there has been a lot of new tools l8ly but am i using an old method with a new tool and have missed a simple step ?

ok i got it erased but it cannot find the cfw what do i call it if not lite-cfw.bin ??
i just had a look in my usb and found a bkup of L74cfw guess i will try renaming it L74CFW ?

cheers commando lee i got that pain dun i told the guy that his drive was going to die cos its already picky but he still wanted it doing-well its done and reading nothing -i told him - all that work for nish it does 2 little clicks as it starts to read the disc ? and then says open tray ? i thought it was the eye ?
but ... on to the next hopefully it will go well a stock liteon 7s

commando lee how do i dump just the key of a stock drive to spoof another ?

a-ha is it click on dummy bin only ? i dont want to dump it i just want the info to spoof a sammy ?
but aint sure if or how to do that ?? shud i start a new thread for this 1
