Bad lite-on brick

Hi guys! I have had big trouble with my liteon these days. It originally had iXtreme 1.6 on it and i wanted to upgrade it to 1.61, and thats when it all went wrong, and now i can't turn the xbox on(and connected to the pc) without freezing the computer. And i got a E64 error on the console with the original sata cable in. So, i've tried about every tutorial i have seen, and most recently i've tried the iPrep v8 guide to erase the firmware and re-flash it in DOS, but the problem is that i don't know what sata port the xbox is connected to, and Dosflash doesn't seem to recognize it either(i have to turn the xbox on when i'm in dos, or it won't go past the boot screen). Dosflash only asks me if i want to send MTK vendor mode to my two DVD drives in the computer and there is no sign of the lite-on drive. The dvd tray doesn't open either, which i suppose is normal when the F/W is bonkers:D

Oh and i have a 83850c, manufactured in June 2009.

Thank you for any help!

what happens if you boot to an iprep usb drive and just type dosflash..does doesflash see the drive?

if so just delete and reflash via dosflash
