It means that MS can detect the other FW apart from LT. SO LT = good as can be all others = ban

they are telling us that they are the only ones that can make a good firmware. and they dont even release it.

BTW, people are thinking they are going to charge us for it. don't know how they can do it, one person is going to buy it and pass it around

People should quit f*^%in around with trying to dupe M$ and figure out how to make the 360 truly ours. If i was going to spend the amount of time that these people are trying to figure out how to pull the wool over m$ eyes why don't they figure out how to turn these, almost as badass as ps3's, over to us and not be slaves to some douchebag corporation. If you figure out how to make the xbox i already have work for me and go on xlive or be a sweet cloud server I will BUY your product otherwise no more M$ for me f*&K em, (I do like this site and think everyone here is great though.)

I have never donated to team jungle but will in future i read one of cainhunpi post the other day he said he know about making firmware but he does not have the money to do so.
if team jungle put up a donation target like what on Klutsh site it will show all of us how much money is required mouth to mouth to keep us playing back up's i would say that's fair

Im not one for rumours but for me,them posting on the site about L.T being the only safe firmware and still not releasing it?That makes me think,here we go,get ready for a price tag..Why else say that?
If they are so possitive that L.T is 100% safe then where is it? being sold to the highest bidder thats where.I hope im wrong and i have no proof to these claims,they are simply my thoughts and feelings about the situation.I will just happily play ps3 online and keep my xbox offline if thats the case so either way im losing nothing and still have access to the great games early and at a low cost..im happy.

impossible, I believe that they would charge for it, but if someone dumps it, we'll get the firmware

Look at Craigslist, then blame them...
Modders are charging $30-$40 a console, so after 4 mods they make their money back, after that it is profit.
Another way to look at it is that if your 5 year old scratches up 3 games, and you happen to have backups, you have just saved spending $150 on replacement discs.

I am o.k. with encrypting the software to flash (don't know how they will lock the dump, though) and paying a bit for it (I am in favor of supporting the software development) but I think the pricetag is too high. Fifty dollars would be more palatable, just to make it equivalent to what someone who is making money on it is charging (again, craigslist). I would also like free support for future releases, including hitachi, benq, and samsung, and free updates to any of those softwares.

Bottom line, most of us will benefit from the release, because it is released by an experienced coder who is good at what he does. On the other hand, if anyone has something else to publish, I would be willing to test. For the years that c4eva has been publishing the only firmware available, all I have to say is thanks on behalf of all the community. Just drop the price, 'cause between the cost of the hardware to flash liteons and the price of the software you are offering, I don't think anyone other that those who profit from flashing will be willing to support.

Just my 4 cents.

You can bet there will be a new team to write FW, or someone who will crack their encryption on the FW, or something along those lines if they decide to sell it.

110 would be for the firmware, not for each flash, if it were 110 for each flash there wouldn't be a single person who would buy it...

I will say this, if they start charging for the FW, I will not be buying. The only way I will buy is if its like 0.99 or something minuscule like that... I dont like being forced to donate, and I feel thats basically whats going on here.

We'll see keep in mind guys this is all a complete rumor until the team comes out and says they will be charging.

i dont know where you all got the info from payed for solution the team are putting the firmware with no charge god damb rumours. The team has agreed that it will be a free solution its 100% free as irez`s statement was issued before christmas 100usd for a flash i dont think so as it would be just simple for someone from the xbox live enforcement team to send one get it back rip the flash apart and stop the shit so the team will not charge anything as the firmware can never be 100% gaurenteed you will get banned or not i and im sure the team would appreciate it and all the guys over digi worldz irc chat rooms and so on if people would stop spreading sh!t about LT ive been watching the developments of the team since novemeber and been logging xbox live since then yes all checks have been discovered and worked out new future checks are just precautions as the checks are present in all stock firmware but are not implented yet so precautions hve been taken to make sure that if they do come LT can deal with it. Look i Reckon LT will hit the net in late feb early march All these people who message c4eva asking about LT will get no where i can tell you he has been inundated with idiots asking about LT. C4eva has never really spoke or had in depth conversations with any one he keeps him self to himself and does what he can when he can fitting modding around his normal life hes no machine so i think the team would appreicate if People would stop going on about paid or no paid solutions as none of us will know for sure the only man that does know is c4eva and you aint got a hell in chance of a convo with him and he will never divulge any info on the topic remeber hes the only guy in the world to sucessfully crtack the 360 firmware for live he is in a very dangourous posisition if his identity ws revealed he would have a very large battle on his hands and almost very lengthy jail sentence. I was prob one of the first to rip the stock flash from the 9x series drive and got the key my self as i know good assembly.
