REFLOWING :- explanation
Get yerself a programmable heatgun, i use a STEINEL 2120 LCD programmable electronics heatgun
The cpu & gpu, along with the North & Southbridge ic's and the memory chips need "reflowing"
The memory chips, for 15 seconds each, the North & Southbridge for 30 seconds each, and the CPU & GPU for 1 minute each.
The heat setting needs to be 350 degrees centrigrade exactly (that's why a programmable gun is required)
Then reapply thermal paste (MX-3 made by Artic Cooling i find best)
Stu...............hope this helps
