You don't need the activate with the new firmware. Like the firmware before it, it's the best the scene can come up with, concerning protecting you from bans. Take that as you will. This new firmware before doesn't check the discs, so it's protection is a bit of a misnomer; it's entirely dependent on the quality of rips. I'm seeing people refer to the rips done using an 0800 flashed BenQ as being the highest quality.

to add to what trailz said, the team also said they logged all the checks M$ does and according to them LT passes them all, just like an OFW would.

So LT will appear as if its the OFW, so you will not be banned. That is all theoretical, we will probably find out in the next few days if its true or not...

Also keep in mind if people do start saying "I flashed LT, and still got banned wth?" they could have already been flagged/banned and just got the notice when they logged on...

Check the size of the iso, 7.09 gb is non splitvid, 7.29 is split vid (taken from cainhunpi's post)

So you are still playing online with no problems? No ban?
