Help with flashing

So i got to point where i need to erase my drive and i did, but j/f did not erase good and locked my drive, i have lite-on 8v1 btw, so i tryed to erase drive with dosflash using my card and a sata card that i got (not via but Manhattan sata 150 raid controller pci card) this is the erores that i got:
