Samsung M28 Tutorials, found 2-3 Of Them, Which One?

I've search around a couple of different forums, some old/new, found around 2-4 ways to flash the samsung ms28 drive, using xbins or iprep to create a bootable usb drive, some tutorials, says to bad flash, and not to bad flash if using the 0800 disc. Can someone recommend me which tutorial link to use??

if you are flash a v28 samsung.there is only one way to do it.(yes they are others)

iprep101 v006.1 is the program you will be using.
xbins is not some thing you use for this it is where you get files from.that is it.
