hi, in uk the playstaion 60 gb has stopped in production so none of the shops are actually selling the 60gb, because of that people are selling their 60gb on ebay and it is going for roughly £450 - £500. i bought mines for £400 and i am thinking so selling it and either get 40gb for now and change to 80gb ps3 when it comes out. ny question is will the 80gb be more expensive in uk when it comes out than the 60gb version.
please reply with your comments,

Keep your PS3 and just upgrade the HDD, you could have a 250GB HDD if you wanted.
For instance you could get a 250 GB Hitachi HTS542525K9SA00 Travelstar 5K250, 2.5", SATA I, 5400 rpm, 8MB Cache, 11 ms for under £70.
Link to Hard Drive (UK Supplier)
Basically any 2.5" Laptop 5400rpm SATA HDD will go in a PS3.
Here's a mini Guide of how to do it too:
What you need:
* An external hard drive for the backup
* A new hard drive (See Link above)
* Mini screwdriver
How to do it:
1. Plug in your external drive and reformat it so the PS3 will recognize it.
2. Copy current PS3 hard drive content to your external drive.
3. Remove the standard issue console drive, following the installation instructions in the PS3 manual.
4. Replace the console drive with a the new drive.
5. Format new drive.
6. Plug in external drive and transfer content to the new drive.
7. Play Uncharted [or whichever game you wish to play].
