I look through other post and found some similar issues but their solutions didn't work for me.

I'm trying to flash a Hitachi 47 using a connectivity kit, pci sata card, and jungleflasher 1.7.

I've done other drives with this setup without a problem, Lite-ons, Samsungs, Benqs, and other Hitachi versions. So I don't think its a hardware issue.

I put the drive in mode B and confirm it with the double click test. Then after the drive showed up on "my Computer" I was able to dump it and get the OFW, and create the CFW (didn't need to restore it was a stock non flashed drive). I proceeded to try to flash Ixtreme 1.51 and what I get is........

"Flashing Hacked f/w to Hitachi 0046/0047 by Ram Upload Method via WIN32 API

UnLocked!

Dumping Flash:Ram Upload Dump Failed"

I can't get around the Upload Dumped Failed. If anyone knows whats causing it to happen or has a solution, I'd appreciate it Thanks in Advance.

I've heard some people have problems with JF 1.70, try older version.

I've tried the tutorial, as well as using 1.67 which didn't work, and 1.51 which locked up my PC.
