Who would buy the Lady Gaga

Who would buy the Lady Gaga CDs after they play the songs so much on the radio? In the few hours I'm in the car per day, I hear Bad Romance like 5 times on different stations. Who would buy Lady Gaga's CD after hearing it so much? I could understand if someone wanted a "clear cut" of the song, but they play it so much!
