Argon modchip install

For those of you installing the Argon modchip (probably works with others), If you use their alternate installaion guide, you may have a smaller chance of screwing up your soldering. Those surface mount chips have small pins! Anyways, on the bottom of the pc board there are the thru-hole connections that you need. If you use 30awg wire-wrap wire you can strip about 1/16th inch from the end of the wire. Then you can solder the wire into its own hole. You first need to use a fiber pencil to remove the varnish covering the holes or the solder won't stick (don't even try). You can get one at any auto parts store (3M -Spot Sanding Pen). To help you out, get some .010 solder and some liquid flux. And the smallest tip iron you can find. All connections are there except the 3.3v and the ground (they're easily accessible from the top). I'll try to upload some pics of my next install if anyone's interested. Peace.
