will the ps3 play burnt blueray movies. i was thinkin about buyin a blueray burner but was not sure if it would work.
any word on getting the ps3 to play ps3 backups?

Yes, it is possible to play burned bluray movies on PS3 and it is not possible to play PS3 on PS3 backups.
