Robin Hoods Playground

well i bought a wii the other day for kids and as i like to tinker i have installed HBC but cannot fathom the rest
in the HBC i now have :-

WAD-Manager_v1.4

i have done a nand backup and my system is 4.2E uk
im a bit lost with these progs wich do i use wot do i pick i beleive im having a problem adding an ios or something

my head was awash with my new gadgets to let it soak in, just the iphone to do now
