Ok on xboxhcker.org, i saw a topic about some person buy a messed up xbox with a Jtagable CPU and he swapped it and reflowed it onto his banned 8955 and was able to put XBR onit.

How would this work and here is the topic because i found this extremely interesting in the fact you can buy a similar (non blown efuse) CPU and be able to Jtag and timeattack.

That's except the hack is not in the CPU, but the bios. So in theory you could swap bios' on identical boards. But you'd have to be perfect. There are specific tools for swaping stuff like this.

It wouldn't be that difficult. The biggest hurdle I would think would be getting a bios from the same model board. Just like there's an XBR for every board the BIOS' would have to match the board. I guess you could flash it once you had it installed, but that may not even be possible being that the programming would be for another setup. Looking at the different setups Xenon is the only one that's different. So I suppose you could put a jasper on a zephyr and be alright. Seeing how the wiring is the same.
