can you explain why i keep getting this message.

abgx will say that because it doesn't detect wave 5 or 6. Are you sure you have 1.510on hitachi. I have 1.51 hitachi it boots everything.

ye got firmeware updated last week,im using verbatim disc burning at 2.4 but console wont pick up could it be the burner.

What does xbox do when you try to play other game? put xbox 360 game in console? does it say play dvd at dashboard?

when i put the game in it starts reading then says open tray,the place where i got it updated he put modern warfare 2 in no problem with that, the last game i backed up was fear 2 thats ok.

Open tray is a drive malfunction error, could be that your drive is going out on you. Do you still have MW2 or any newer games? Try an original disc and see what happens.
