I've got a LiteOn FW Ver - 93450C , hard to flash this drive?

You need to do hardware modifications to the drive in order to read it.
You need to cut a couple traces, and either use a home made probe or buy and solder in the lt switch.
You can also wait a little while for the probe v2 to be released, and you can use it. Again, you will still need to cut traces then repair them after reading the drive.

I went with this option: Xtractor 1.1, Vampire, and a rebuild board. It is not too tough. Follow their tutorial for the cutting, installation and then use JungleFlasher tutorial to read the drive. I am a newbie to this, but got it working. I had problems with getting the VIA card finding the port to the drive (once you connected the drive), but after some time, got it working fine. It was actually quite fun. I did it for the fun of it!
