i got a xbox 360 and drive is 93450 feb 2010 lite on and i wanted to flash it nothing has been done yet and I been reading around and they say its possbile to get the key using the nokia dku-5 cable and once i get the cable do i read the key with the cable and start flashing or do i have cut possible traces or solder points?

What you read is probably telling you to make a probe.

You can either make a probe or use the LT switch. You can also hold off for a little while and buy the probe v2 from team xecuter.

You will need to scrape and cut traces if with both method's I prefer the switch but when the probe v2 comes out I will likely use it.

But the 93450c is entirely flashable, it just takes a little bit more effort than a regular drive in order to read it.

I have one drive so I don't think I am need something for multiple drives and not a installer I saw that a lite on 1.5 is out if I use that wouldn't I just solder it to the board and flash like usual? with it solder I thought thats it hence you buy the extra chip

If you dont need something for multiple uses you can buy the lt switch of the vampire, theyre both the same thing but different brands, they are both cheaper than buying the probe.

Its quite easy to install although it seems hard.
