UFC 111 was in jersey, 112 was in waffle house.
(From what ive heard about this video the dude in yellow and the dude that 'fought' him were both training in MMA they had only been training for a week or two, and the dude in yellow was drunk (obviously) also you can see its in waffle house.)

No doubt, you can tell he's been there a while and been yelling at everyone. Look at the dude taking people's orders in the beginning, he pays no attention to the dude screaming and trying to jump the counter.
