Could be a false positive, MSSE flags it as an IRC bot. IRC bots and xbins are very similar.

I just reinstalled windows xp and all updates I also installed NAV and, that was the cause even when I tried to allow it through the NAV it wouldn't let me install or run it and the NAV would delete it,so what I did was disabled the AV for 15 min or what ever you choose and it installed fine and works fine now.

I would say that your first problem is NAV. IMO That is the worst software in the WORLD!!! There are plenty of free AV that work a lot better and are FREE!!! AVG and Avast both work very well! :)

Go into AVG, go to resident shield, and disable it, you can run auto xbins fine when its disabled, when its enabled it scans files in real time, and will identify auto xbins as a trojan every time.
