today i but my 360 hard drive from my unmodded 360 on to a flahed/unbanned 360 to
and it say update required/to proceed,secutity and program updates are required.system updates will be added to ensure security and proper functionality.if you decline, you will be returned to the xbox dashboard. do you want to accept the update . does anyone no what this is for if i except the update will this stop me from swaping hard drives
or may be worce the console that wants to update is not connected to the internet so the updat must be oming from the hard drive

well i just found the problem it was because i had the game splintercell convition in the drive it must do an update when it first plays.
