Splinter cell conviction is wave 5 or 6, you can play the original, but without the activation disk or ixtreme 1.7 (LT) you cant play.

So to play the game you need to use the activate.iso or upgrade your FW. If you upgrade to LT, you wont ever have a problem playing a game again. With the activate disk you need to put it in before every game you want to play.

Download the latest iprep or def file.

1.61 will only play wave 1-4 not 5 and 6 and splinter cell is wave 5 or 6.

You'll need to flash LT, it doesnt check the waves, so you'll never need to mess with the activation disk, or update the FW again (unless you want to go online)
