i bricked my liteon v 7400 and im just looking 4 some help

Alright man, I posted this topic for you.

What happened, how did you brick your drive? Were you trying to flash through JF, and it locked up after erasing?

Do you have the key?

yea, was flashing w/ jungleflasher, froze up and i couldnt open or close my drive w/ conn kit. since then i went w/ the lo eras method and revived the drive, but icant play any games, original or backups; only movies.

Did you save the ofw, or your log?

Were you even able to read the drive, or did it freeze before you could read it?

yes i was able to read it and save the dummy etc ,erased, and once it went to device............ or something, thats when it locked up

I think you should be able to take that dummy and use it in JF to spoof an orig file from xbins then flash that spoofed file back to it I was thinking

If you use dosflash you can recover your drive, it shouldn't be a problem.

Take a look at this:

If your unable to recover your drive, you can always just buy a new one and spoof that in seeing as you have the key.

i have tried this method, and was able to revive the drive (open and shut w/ conn kit) but like i said, it wont play any games original or backups only movies

Well then you have recovered it but not flashed your key.

Just flash it again with ixtreme (or stock FW) but make sure you spoof your key into the FW, if you do so, and it still only plays movies and not games, then your key is bad.
