It sounds like you would have to configure whatever computer you are going to plug the USB WiFi adapter into as a wireless access point. If you are not familiar with configuring a network like that and the Nintendo brand comes with software that would set it up, I say by that one. If it doesn't there is no point buying the Nintendo brand.
