Bricked 0078FK Help

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could suggest where I could send a Hitachi 0078FK that has been bricked to get my dvd key so I can replace the drive. I would also like some info on low cost programmers that I may purchase to do the job myself. Thanks for any input.
