transfur cable disc

hi guys i am trying to trabsfur all my data from my old 120gig hard drive to my new 250 gig hard drive in my new xbox i have the cable but cant find the disc it says on the intructions conect cables and the insert disc and follow instructions
is there anywhere i can download this disc

one more question i would like to ask you mate if you dont mind when i am playing on xbox live , with poeple in the usa they seem to have a mod which causes us over here to have a slight delay etc do you know anything about that

that could be a number of things
but
if you are playing cod, gears or one of the popular fps there is a huge amount of cheats that people run
rapid fire controllers and stuff
but
it also could just be lag in the connection you guys have

got ya mate because some of my friend over here said they have shot some of you guys over there and they dont get hit some poeple claim to have a switch when turned on it make the game for other poeple lag [ slow down ]

so its not just the us side of the pond

yes man there are many cheats people do
i have not heard of a lag cheat there would be no reason to even have that
with all the cheats out there

but for the orig Q, you can transfer all your content with a usb stick m8 it might take a while ... but heyho there you go. better than buying the cable

oh and ---tube is awash with the little tricks you are after

You dont need the disk, as long as you have the cable, plug it in and go into your system > memory and you can transfer via that way, just check/uncheck what you want and dont want to transfer.

As for the lag, there are such things as lag switches you can make one by cutting your cat5/6 cable and soldering it to a light switch, or another type of switch. Some people (including myself) have a standby button on their modem, and when you press it, it suspends all activity on your modem. Both methods only work if your host, and 99% of the time if your playing a game and someone does it, its quite noticable, but i havent seen anyone who's done it since halo 3. Your probably just lagging, try playing with local people.
