All Verizon Droid Incredible Users Now Receiving Android 2.2 Froyo



Despite the scattered launch of Android 2.2 Froyo for the HTC Droid Incredible last week, it would appear
as if Verizon Wireless is now fully launching the update to all users of the device on the network, or at least those
who haven’t yet received the update.

You should expect to see a notification in the very near future on your device, or you can manually
install the update (which of course, isn’t quite as easy as a simple over-the-air update).

As for the rest of you, hold on to your horses!

I have to wait until the fall for my 2.2 update.

I dont understand why HTC doesnt release 2.2 with sense all at the same time? Well maybe they do, but my carrier takes 3 extra months to add in a telus badge on the unlock screen.

3.0 looks pretty sweet too, and we've only seen like an alpha version if you want to even call it that

that sucks you half to what so long for 2.2.

i manually updated mine, (moto droid) i just couldn't what.

And ya 3.0 looks sick, i like the music sync.
