Need help with ABGX

I'm very new to xbox 360 modding and I don't quite understand all of it yet. I know i need a program called ABGX to stealth check my games to make sure I do not get banned for playing them. What I don't know is is how to do this. I don't know what the newest version of ABGX is or where to get it so I can start to burn my games. Also I have the newest lt firmware on my xbox 360 so do I have to go through the hassle of using a boot disk for wave 4 and higher games? I'm not sure if everything I stated above is correct or not so can someone give me a rundown on how to use this program and what all I am going to need to do? Thank you.

if you have the latest LT firmware you should not have to use the acto iso
if you have a older hit dvd drive you may have to it depends on what firmware you have in the dvd drive.

the only thing we dont do is support downloading games.
the main reason for that is not because of the fact its downloaded
but
because there is just to many variables that getting a iso that way introduces.
