Spoofed drive - Saftey

I have a drive flashed as a liteon 8 series it's stock that origanally come as a hitachi. I know that theres always a chance of a spoofed drive being detected but what i would like to know is, if you can think back to as far as you can and recall anyone getting a ban from playing online with there drive being spoofed...

when the ban waves hit it gets spoofed drive as well as just flashed ones
