usb mcontroller vs preflashed usb?

Post by pink »

have not been around in awhile, but this has me intrigued. what are the pros and cons between the microcontroller and the preflashed usb. the preflashed is half the price of the micro, that's obvious, so there must be some difference.

im not sure what you are asking
if you get a dev board of any kind that you have to flash in a hex file
it will be your cheapest (other than making it your self)in that case you have to look at what is your time worth

if you get a usb device that is ready to go then you have to deal with the greed of many.every one that touches it will add a mark up to it.

once you have a dev board flash there is no difference other than maybe the shape.
they all do the same thing
the hex file is what controls what happens
