it's been a while since I been here but with Black Ops on the rise and we all know what happend last year with Modern Warfare 2 is it safe or what? I already replaced my Xbox from the banhammer- I'm not looking to get hit again With their new dashboard update is it safe to play online with modded fw or should I wait until after Black Ops comes out and see if MS tries anything. **I have a modded Benq drive for those who are wondering**

From previous experiences, we know the ban wave will be soon, so if your worried about being banned, you should keep a heads up, and honestly, you should be keeping this console offline from now, until after the wave, which we can only guess will be soon as history has shown us.
