Using a Samsung LT1.0

i played fable 3 non-stealthed, on dashboard before kinect dashboard, offline.(two days ago)
Is it possible i got flagged? or do you only get flagged with the kinect dashboard, and or ap2.5 check
which samsung doesn't do anyway.

I only asked because i would like to "try" going online. Now with LT+ out and the new abgx, properly patching the new games now, i can try with better hope of it working.
Just today i stealthed fable 3 properly, but I'm worried that if i already played it,(before patching) i may be banned or flagged for ban.

should i update to the new dash via usb or using a game disc like ACB?
