hm I tryed to update but can't get it 2 work

status on drive when sending intro is 0x51 then off 0xD1 turn back on and I get 0x52

No vendor mode !
Is this because of the new jungleflasher ?
I tryed diffrent pci slot etc ...

im not sure what you are asking
if its a liteon you have to
build your firmware with the saved copy from you dump
if a liteon dvd drive has been flashed with LT firmware
it will not dump like normal
you have to cut the traces
to get a dump from now on

well I did couple of drives before lite on benq sammy...

this drive now is a lite on it is flashed already with the LT firmware and I want to upgrade it on LT+

But I simply can't do anythin with the drive because it won't go in vendor mode
status 0x51 ... but no vendor mode the thing where you need to resend the command and turn on and off the drive within 1 second.

before I had no problems I putted my Win 7 in test mode
opend up jungleflasher and sended the intro and is was in vendor

Since the new release I changed to the newer JF and I can't get it to work anymore ...
It could be me doing something wrong ... or a hardware failure ... on the pci card...
or it could be the drive that is playing hard

LT cannot be dumped. The only way you can dump it from the drive is by doing the MRA hack. Which is the method where you cut traces, dump then repair the traces.

If you have the original FW backed up somewhere, or the key saved then just use that and build a CFW to flash. If you dont, then your going to need to MRA hack, and make sure you save the key this time. It's easiest to just hand write the key on the drive case. That way if you ever lose the OFW you can just build a new CFW with the key.

yeah I got that part

but what i Mean is that I can't get to the point of dumping or even writing FW on the drive because of not getting the good status

oh man I feel so stupid !

It doesn't need vendor mode to update 2 LT+, just build , lito on erase and flash !

DONE !
