does JF save your original firmware? in the event of a bad flash? i just bricked a lite on and i want to get another drive but im not sure how to do it

it gives you the option to save your firmware did you. if you did then you dont have a problem, when you say you have bricked your drive what have you done explaine. liteon drives are recoverable

i flashed and got an open tray error, so i tried to reflash and jf couldnt even see the drive, got mad and broke the tray, can i replace the drive? it saved some files during the process (key, dummy etc)

all you did was lock it up

even if your pc want see it its on the port
as long as you know the port

you could be in trouble man you will have to find a dvd drive that is the same model as the one you broke
there is no spoofing now

how do i put another drive in it? i can just use it to play offline

you get a drive (same model)
flash in your firmware and put it in the console

then its as good as new

is there a tut on how to do this? i dont want to f up another drive

If you are not planning on using this box on XBL, then you can spoof a different drive. If using XBL it has to be the same model drive or you will get banned.
