E 71 error and not fully updated to the new dash

[southbound]

Updating to the new dash (2.0.12611.0) through means of USB. Plug in the USB, turn on the box select yes to contiune select no to disregard. I select yes, the update starts to install.... May restart dueing the process etc... As it restarts i see the new start up screen, then bam straight to the E71 error screen similar to E74 error screen but with E71 instead of E74.

I've got the new LT + (the drives the Org) in and have a modded fan (12 v fan mod, that's actually optional with an on and off toggle of a switch) that's taking power from the DVD drive do you think that the modded fan could be the problem were the update is checking for any mods....

Or could have it been my HD but that's pretty much been formatted, only left with the optional media update.

Really strange, as of the moment clueless to a solution....

EDIT: HAHA, don't forget to take out the USB lol
