confused about banned 360 hard drive?

my main 360 is banned, if i put my hard drive in another 360 thats also been banned, it shouldn't give that corrupted message right?

what if i put it in an unbanned console and connect to live, will i get instantly banned? if so, it should be able to read my hard drive then right?

as long as the console is not modded the NO you should no get banned
but it will have a corrupt info on it

There are programs to un-corrupt the info. Depending on how many files you want to fix it could take a long time seeing as you have to do them one at a time.
