buddy has a benq drive, he accidentally flashed with hitachi Firmware..tray won't open ,,,can this be fixed...i never tried one before...

it should be fine
we flash a samsung firmware in a benq before and fixed it
just flash it with the org firmware or a benq hacked firmware
make sure you save the key from the dump
