as long as your flash drive is set up right
then about the only thing that would give you that error
would be if your bios in the pc was not set up right
you want to set the bios to boot from usb flash or what ever it is
they all are a little different
on one pc i have i have to set it up to boot from usb zip
not sure why that is
just a way the different companies do there bios i guess

also i had one pc that would not give me a option in the bios to boot from a usb flash unless i went in the bios with one plugged in the pc at the time.
just make sure you have your HD unhook
and then just try a few different setting

let us know how it goes ;)
