long time no see! i recently had a drive to flash, lite on 7 series, like any other time i set my rig up, usb in, probe in and im ready to go, i run jf, it detects the drive, put the probe in the hole but the green light didnt come on, so i tried my probe v2, still no green light! so i got a old lite on 7 series out which i had lying around, put the probe at the right point and the green light come on! does this mean the drive im trying to get the key off has LT on it?

Was the drive flashed with LT or LT+?

If so, then you can not retrieve the key from the drive. You will need the original dump and then spoof the key into the new FW and flash.

Yes if it has been flashed with the LT you have to do the MRA hack to get the key off of it
