Problem with lite-on after flashing

Hi guys,,,
I did a lite-on 74 wednesday night, I plugged it in and it updated from a Game i had here, worked great, then buddy tried it when he got home , the dvd drawer won't open at first and it won't read, the dvd don't even spin, i reflshed it and its the same..no go,
Is there away to fix this or is the dvd drive junk...

no sure what you are saying
but
if it will open
will it play anything
any backup,original game or dvd movie

most of the time if it will not even try to spin up
then its a spin motor
but that is very rare

yes the dvd will open
no it will not spin
tried a spin motor,,,no go
put game in,,,says open tray...

When i modded it, it worked because i did the update from the new need for spe

just did another one like the same problem...

I just did a lite-on dvd drive...worked before i modded it,,i did the mod and everything went good ,,know when i put a org or bunrt game in, it spins a little then stops, then says open tray, Flashed it twice and still no go...was there something i did wrong..?

you are doing something wrong
sounds like you are not getting the dvd key from the dump in the new hacked firmware

yep..did everything right,,he e-mailed me and told me that it works and don't work,,,must the the dvd drive, he is thinking on getting a benq, is it hard to put his keys from the liteon on the benq,,,,or is there a readme about it..

with the new firmware you cant spoof in a dvd drive
if you do it will not play any game that has the ap25 disc check
