Hi,

i need to know how to fix this problem, everytime i hook my hitachi up and send it to mode b it locks up my computer anyone have some idea's why? the drive is still working will still play oem games. any help would be much appreciated.

go into detail about the drive how/when you are doing stuff
and what you are using to try and flash the drive

i am using on board sata. win xp, hitachi drive 47dj, when i open jungle flasher it shows up the right drive and everything. as soon as i send mode b and turn off the drive and turn back on it displays the right drive. the comp will lock up and i cant print screen. i dont know what else to say. please help this is pissing me off.

Hi, I've been struggling with an 47Hit drive too and getting desperate as my my pc keep locking up. If I use JF1.51 can I use the latest Ixtreme firmware or can I only use 1.51 firmware? The answer is probably "no" but I thought I'd ask before I ruin my drive

it want hurt to try and load a new hacked firmware in a older jungle flasher
but ive not tried it so i dont know if it will work

i would think that it will lock up like the new JF does
guys i just dont know
i always hated those old hit drives

i always use a usb to sata and a ck2 to put it in modeB
i may have flash 2 with jungle
ive done a few v78,v79 with jungle with no trouble
