iXtreme Slim LT+ Firmware for LiteOn DG-16D4S 9504

Post by CoFree »

C4E iXtreme Slim LT+ Firmware for LiteOn DG-16D4S 9504
>> C4Eva (in association with Team Jungle & Team Xecuter) released the iXtreme LT+ for LiteOn DG-16D4S 9504 drives:

World first backups for XBOX 360 Slim
- For Liteon Drive 9504

New protection measures for slim:
* Realtime checks of drive firmware and ram by dashboard - Rootkit technology used to pass several realtime check types. These checks on the drive are open ended so as to make replay of the answers impossible. Will pass any check on any part of the drive
* Hardware flash modification check - The 1335 chip performs a hardware check on powerup for modified firmware. Chip fooled into thinking firmware is stock
* Slim drive locked to read pressed game discs only - Enabled reading of DVD+R DL media for game discs

All features of current LT+ also included
- Optimised PFI code to accomodate AP25 SS data
- Defeats current AP25 protection
- Protects console from logging AP25 violation
- Full disc stealth used by default
- Waveless booting , disc images are assumed to be correct!
- Split-Vid used as default

If booting an AP25 title without AP25 SS game will not boot but will still be protected from logging AP25 violation on current dash 12625
If LT+ encounters an unknown AP25 challenge, game will not boot but console will still be protected from logging AP25 violation on current dash 12625

AP25 SS are region specific for region locked games

Sweet! That made my day.

Hopefully the CFW for the other slim drive will be available soon, too.

Thanks for all your hard work, everyone involved.
But there's no sense crying over every mistake,
you just keep on trying 'till you run out of cake.

x360 usbpro is not needed for this drive. However if one has had problems flashing older liteons (freezing) then it may be a good idea to have. The usbpro is an excellent tool to have. Mine works flawlessly. Havent done the new liteon as I dont have one handy but all others have flashed without a hiccup. We have a tutorial here in the user tutorial section. For those that want to take a shot at it.

confirmed! just did it my self in under a hour. i had a hard time getting the unsigned drivers to work on my 64bit windows 7 PC but once i got past that to the actual flashing i'd say its the easiest drive i've ever done. no opening half way or powering down and stuff like that. a few button clicks and your all done. i used a VIA Sata card and a CK3 pro to hook up my drive. give it a go.. super easy!

cool! one quick word of advise though.. when opening the slim i used some how to videos on YouTube and theres was one out of the four i watched that was right on one step which was on how to get the metal lining out on both ends. after you take out the grills on both ends your left with some black plastic pieces under the grill.. don't rip those off because they are attached to the metal lining on both ends.. the guys online were ripping them out and causing them to break not know they were attached to the metal lining. just a heads up so you don't break it. good luck.
