black ops back up wont play

hi guys wonder if you could shed any light on this i have had five poeple ring me tofday saying that black ops wont play jusdt getting a black screen any ideas please

thanks budy but i am confused one of my friends never go online he said he as not updated his xbox and my son just told me his is thje same he goes online but as not updated yet but he put his friends hard drive into his xbox and it as gone like it since then bjt my friend he never goes online

to get on live your console has to be running the latest dash
to play a ap25 game you have to have the latest hacked firmware

needs to update the firmware in the dvd drive

if you play on live
YOU MOST take the update or its kicks you off live and will not let you on till you take the update

if the console wont play any backups
the update flashed the dvd drive back to stock
it needs to be reflashed with the latest hacked firmware
and all games with the ap25 check need to be rebuilt with abgx360 to fix the ap25 checks
Here is the list of games with the ap25 check in them (so far)

firstly my mate as never been on line so why would he sudenly need the latest firmware to play black ops and why would it sudenly stop playing black ops

and secondly my son is still online he asnt had the update yet he updated it a few weeks ago on the last update i put his drive back to stock updated it then reflashed it , it as now got the lt1.9 but sudenly yesterday it stoped playing black ops

that was ment to cause trouble for us

I dont believe the new ap 2.5 patches are out yet. You'll need to play your original copy for a couple days.

i also found out that
you cant patch head

what that means is
if you have a iso that has a ap25 patch that is for a dash newer than the one you have
the game WILL NOT play
just like if you have a iso that has a ap25 patch for a older dash and you run a newer dash it wont play

example only:
ap25 fix #2 will only play on dash #2,not dash #1 or #3
ap25 fix #1 will not play on dash #2,or #3
ap25 fix #3 will not play on dash #1 or #2 ,but only on dash #3


the ap25 iso fix has a specific dash it will play on.

i didnt know there was fix 1 2 and 3 mate so my mate as never been on line i have tried a black ops in his and it dont work so will i have to wait for the fix 3 to come and re run the iso through abgx

update to the latest dash by usb
the update the iso to the newest ap25 fix
and it should work
