Are you asking if 3.66 for PS3 can be jailbroke no it can't at the moment

Even though this is an old post, so just incase someone's reading this, yes you can downgrade ps3 firmware's unto 4.11 but would require tools like e3 flasher in order to do it.
Will put up a guide soon, so keep a watch out.
