Funny thing, went to update my jtag'd box dvd drive with 1.91, and it autoloads 1.1. This is a liteon 7x series, and since it was not converted to the 02 series, guess there is no 1.91 for it.

What is the 02 series is that the new slims I have been out of the loop for a bit. I have a 7 series also, from what I understood that the liteon drives are based off of each other so will this FW work for these 7 series drives it does say I would like to dedicate this fw to all the dead DG-16D4S drives from the kamikazi hack

yeah this is the same for me i have a lite-on 74 but i don't see a 1.91 ixtreme? Now is it because when you update your drive to the latest dash board the 7 series liteon becomes a Liteon DG-16D2S 02510C? if so then what firmware from the 1.91 series do we use ????

UPDATE: Ok so for those who have updated your dash board with the latest live update your drive is no longer a liteon 7 series but is now liteon DG-16D2S 02510C. So you can use the firmware "LTPlus-025v1.91". I have flashed my liteon 74 and i can confirm its working just fine. hope this helps and provides some clarity.

but which firmware do i use as i have 2

What if you have not updated to the new dash will this still flash to the drive and work

don't use any of those they are for the slims. The one you want for the lite-on phat 7 series is the first one in the pack and it should say "LTPlus-025v1.91" this is the one you want to use.

What dash board do you have? if your not online then you should be fine with whatever FW your using unless you run into a game which requires a update or if your going online. If your dash board is 2.0.13146.0 XGD3 Dashboard and above then your drive is no longer a 7 series it becomes a Liteon DG-16D2S 02510C.
