computer ROM

Is it possible to trade from a Computer ROM copy of Pokemon Pearl to a DS cartridge via GTS? JUST OUT OF CURIOUSITY, I'm not one of those gamekiller people. I was wondering, if I used ... *forgotten name of NDS Emulators* with my rom copy of Pokemon Pearl/Diamond and got a jillion items and did really well, is there any way to trade these said Pokemon onto a DS copy?
