I have a question, my xbox is running the dashboard before the very lastest one and running LT 1.1, My friend is only getting half the dvd key, any reason why?

Thx for getting back so quick, he just keeps saying this:-

having trouble getting your DVD key from your drive only getting an incomplete key, also drive has not been updated to latest dash so the current filmware for your drive will be lt+1.1

I have extracted key but it is incomplete (this is what jungle flasher is telling me)normally when you extract a key it auto loads the film ware but when I save the key jungle flasher warns of a string fault.when I load the saved key in jf it says that it is not a complete key, I am trying to find a fix
